Our state of the art Electronic Unit Injector Cambox and EUI control unit gives us the advantage of being able to carry out comparative testing of electronic and mechanical unit injectors.

Wear analysis of internal parts, especially for any
microscopic damage to hardening and mating surfaces, is crucial to the repair process.

The characteristics of the nozzle tip orifices are checked under microscope for damage or erosion. Spray pattern and atomization is checked with our high pressure test equipment.

Finally all unit injectors are individually flow tested to ensure accurate fuel delivery to each cylinder of the engine.
